A Pinellas County native, Melissa has invested,renovated, and held rental properties in Florida for 20 years. Melissa has dedicated her skills to what was a previous side passion, and became a full-time real estate advisor. She is very excited to assist buyers and sellers in all aspects of the sales process, including staging and readying a home for sale.
